I am so sick and tired of being labeled a troop hater when that couldn't be farther from the truth. It's such an awful generalization that is just a blatant lie. I've supported how I can. I've sent care packages on several occasions. Just because I want the troops to get to be at home safe with their spouses and children and parents and siblings, doesn't mean I hate them. My husband's exwife called the cops and made a statement last may in 2010 in Indiana. Stating that my husband broke into her house, was waving a knife around, and grabbed her arm causing "pain". So right now they have him in jail awaiting his hearing. The warrant was for a cl c felony for intimidation, a cl d felony for breaking and entering, a cl d felony for domestic battery and another cl d felony for domestic battery again because she said the kids were inside sleeping. According to the affadavit there was a gentlemen that says he say my husband pull in the parking lot, and saw him leave later, but never witnessed anything else. For one, my husband has 5 witnesses that were with him that afternoon as he was at a friends house in kentucky doing some tattoo work, they know what time he got there and what time he left. He then after finishing the tattoos left to come home (in kentucky) and on the way got pulled over and got a ticket that night. His ex wife says she refuses to testify as she said its been over a year ago and there are no problems now, we all get along. And from what I've been told this other guy that was on the affidavit moved outta state and hasn't been seen or heard from. According to the affidavit the police put out an apb that night on our car when they got to the scene, but again my husband got a ticket that night in kentucky but never was taken in. But the officers called at 2 different times after this to ask questions. The first call came in june, at which time my husband told them he was never even in indiana that night. The second call came a month later, at which point my husband said he apparently got dates mixed up, cuz when asked by the officer if he'd been to his ex wifes house he answered yes. So they have it in the report as he denied to one officer being there, but agreed to the second officer but stated nothing ever happened. Unfortunately his ex wifes boyfriend at the time was trying to cause trouble as he kept calling our home and saying all kinds of crazy things regarding our children. So my husband got upset and called back and left a message saying he'd kill him if he ever got around the kids. Obviously when it comes to our kids we are very protective and sensitive. Either way they have these recordings. They have now filed an intent to proceed with enhanced prosecution. What does that mean? What am I looking at here? We have 5 children and I'm afraid he's gonna end up sittin in jail for 10-12 years now. And please if you have nothing to say except a snide comment or something than please don't. I'm a full time med student now home alone, with 5 kids and going to school full-time and with no help now. I've never dealt with any of this stuff and I'm so lost I don't know where to even begin. And unfortunatley am not able to afford an attorney so he's going to end up with a court appointed one, and I'm afraid he's screwed. Please help!

Okay, the two of my favorite examples I love to use when it comes to the "common sense" theory is COMPUTER WORK and GARAGE WORK. I have worked in garages where I couldn't properly wrap up a hose line or package a box properly if my life depended on it. If there was a ticking bomb in there and I had to drive, I'd probably sc up a few walls! I have a 2003 Dodge Intrepid SE 2.7L. My RPM will not go over about 2500, my gas mileage is horrible, and it feels kind of jerky sometimes. So I'm watching the news this morning and they start to talk about this woman not being able to throw a Christmas party in a courthouse because it's a "public" area. Then they say that the people who want to throw a Kwanza (hope I spelled that right) have the O.K. WTF?! No Christmas, but Kwanza is ok? This moron judge decided that because Christmas has something to do with religion, it "wouldn't be appropriate" for a party to be held in a courthouse, but apparently Kwanza ISN'T religious, so they can have their party.Is this judge just stupid or am I being an idoit? I have an anger issue?

Hi, I know that I have an anger issue. Over the years, I have taught myself how to control it, but every once in a while, it slips out and I feel really guilty about it. The other day, I got a little annoyed and kind of snapped at my boyfriend. I have screwed up relationships in the past with my anger and I do NOT want to do this to him, I love him more than anything and I dont want to hurt him. I have been to counseling and it didnt help me at all. Ive helped myself more than anything else. I know that I will get angry on occasion, but it should be rare. Should I talk to him about my anger issues and explain that its not him and Im doing my best? I have a hard time admitting that Im an angry person. I try to hide it, so when I do get angry, its so hard to apologize even though I really am sorry. The guilt of snapping is so overwhealming. I had shut off my refrigerator's power miser light to save on my power bill, and the top of the inside of the fridge was dripping like crazy. I called an appliance repairman who said to turn on the power miser switch, and the fridge should stop dripping within a week. After that, I turned on the power miser light in order to reduce inner condensation. The light came on. The following morning, the light was in the "on" position but wasn't lit, and the inside of the fridge was dripping like crazy again. Money is tight, so should I wait one week and see what happens, or should I pay to have a repairman see if there is a different problem with it? It's an old Kenmore self-defrost fridge.

Why am I so depressed at such a young age?

Im 14. I find myself crying every day and Im rarely happy and having fun. I lived in Las Vegas but now I live in California, my parents sent me here because they thought I'd become happier. I get that feeling on my throat before I cry it hurts and then my stomach feels weird and bad then I start crying a lot and I just want to scream so bad but I cant. I wish I could say something to them but that would just make things worse. I do talk to people about my problems but no one understands they say they do but they dont because their live is easier. I miss my family in Vegas but I cant go back because they'll yell at me. and If I go back my lifes going to be the same, Im going to come home from school everyday again and cry in a corner and watch the sun go down while I cry. Im going to end up in the hospital again.. And when I talk to my mom over the phone I start missing them more and I get sadder but shes the only one that sorta understands me. and I cant go to counseling over here because they're busy and wont take me. I cant hang out with friends because my aunt doesnt let me go out at all. I cant do anything.. I've tried writing down my feelings. Doing what I like to do. it helps, for a little but then my true feelings come back and it sucks.. I go to church and it helps for that day only. I cut myself I know I shouldnt and people have tried stopping me but I cant Its the only thing that some what helps.. I've tried SO hard for about 6 years to be happy. If you are using your computer when you load those things they like to flip out on you. Try just opening your music program and while it is uploading to your Clip don't do anything else on the computer. I had the same problem. Or you can open the task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and set the priority of your program (in the processes tab) to above normal. Don't set it to high though.

I have often heard that a large majority of ual predators are serial molesters or serial rapist. I explored the ual predator website for my state for an entire day. I got a view of the demographics; some of which greatly surprised me. The vast majority of victims were minors. I was also surprised to find only 2 predators that had been convicted more than once. They had been convicted twice. So is this a myth about the vast majority of ual predators being serial offenders? My all day search seemed to prove it so. Which metal should I use?

My answer is a little less detailed than the others. I suggest you contact the fair labor board in your area and give them the details. Although they have basically threatened to demote you because of the disability, it may not be against the law because they still need to have the position filled and done by someone who can complete the tasks. Now, if at one time or another someone had worked that same position with the hours you had asked for, that is in your favor. I wouldnt suggest recording conversations since this is typically against the law unles you have permission from the person you are recording (check your specific state laws on this).

How do I replace the door boot/bellows on my frigidaire washing machine?

Well as I am an appliance repair tech I would suggest you have a professional do it.....but if you wanna try it here you go. first on the outside of bellow that is were door closes look very closely and you will see a small wire that goes around the bellow holding it. take a flat head screw driver work it under the wire and lift it until it is easy to grab and pull it off. second take bellow off and push it in the washer so you can now see into the gap between the door and tub. third is with hand reach in and feel the side of bellow that is on tub at about 1 o'clock here you will feel the clamp screw. fourth you will need either a stubby phillips screwdriver or a 9/32 nut driver. loosen clamp and then pull it off and then boot to. that is easy part of it. Putting a new one on for first time is a bear so be patient...reverse the new bellow inside out so you can line it up with inlet valve ok. now you will put it around tub between tub and counterweight. it has a notch in it that must line up then put on a new clamp around back tighten down only snug no more. then do front and put a new clamp on here don't use old ones. put clamp on at top with spring at bottom slowly pull straight down without pulling the bellow off and work clamp back around until it snaps back in place use fingers and it might pinch a little as you get to bottom but don't stop until it is on. good luck....... if your able to do it under an hour for first time great job......I have been doing these for years and I can do it now start to finish in 20 minutes.

Confused about my dog and labor?

my male and female dog locked-up 56 days ago that was the first time i seen. i haven't seen any drainage or leakage but i haven't been home all day either. she has been cleaning herself off and on. right now she is laying down in her bed which is a big square on the bottom of our entertainment center with a blanket in it. i didn't know about the temp. thing until tonight i took it at 7:56 and it was 99.1 i took it again at 9:20 and it was 97.9. she is not panting, or pacing, or anything else like that. she still wants to eat most son got some pizza and she came out to check out the smell as usual. not sure if she is in pre-labor or what but i don't wanna leave tomorrow if she is any advice is welcome and yes we have a vet. oh the 56 days ago was on the 18 of october but we penned them up together on the 16 so it could go 2 days either way

Switching between dirt road and treadmill?

I've been walking every single day for soon to be three months, and I've lost eleven pounds. I have a treadmill too, for when it gets snowy and freezing a** cold. My dirt road I live on, is like, two and a half miles. I was wondering how many steps are in a mile, and how many laps will make up a mile? Should I take the SAT Subject Test for Math level 2?

Math 2 goes through precalc. While a basic understanding of calc can help you get some problems quicker mentally, most can be more quickly obtained with a calculator. There isn't anything specifically about limits or derivatives on the test. There is an official college board study guide that will have one math2 test and you can buy an additional math1 and math2 study guide, they come together, which will contain 2 extra practice tests for math level 2 (both of these books can be found at borders or barnes and noble). It's impossible to say if you will get an 800 (i've had friends with nothing more than half a year of precalc do very well and then I've had friends with As in Calc BC that score in the low 600s). The main thing about the Math2 that you should know about is the scale for scoring and percentile ranking. While the scoring scale can vary from test to test, you can usually miss about 6 out of 50 and still get an 800. However, since it is usually kids that are good at math taking the test and it has this generous scale, if you were to have taken math2 last year and got an 800 it would only put you at the 90th percentile. Scoring at about a 650 is just barely above average (even though for most tests it's about an 85-90percentile) and a 500 is about the 30th percentile (even though for most other tests it's a 50th percentile). By the sounds of it you wouldn't be scoring anyhwere near this level, but I thought I'd list a few examples so you could see for yourself just how rapidly the scale deteriorates in comparison to other SAT tests. The main thing to do is practice, take it, and if you don't do well you will know where you messed up and can study accordingly. Most schools allow score choice, so you can take it multiple times and then only send colleges your best score. Best of luck to you

So I mean there are exceptions to this... but all animals just eat completely raw meat where as us. There are some meats you can eat raw but there is a high risk of getting sick especially if it isn't prepared in extremely hygenic and sanitary conditions. Like sushi and such. They are composers and Tchaikovsky is a romantic composer not a clical one. In the Baroque era one of my favorite composers is a man named Domenico Scarlatti. He wrote over 500 Piano Sonatas (1 movement 2-3 minute pieces) and to this day I have not heard a bad one (I don't think I have heard 100 but I have heard dozens of them). With the exception of one of them in a minuet form (I have it in a book and the book doesn't cite the number) they are all very hard to play. In the clical era Clementi is a very prominent Piano composer and he wrote some excellent work. In the romantic it branches out quite a bit more. Chopin is the most famous piano composer of the Romantic era (and basically with the exception of mabey Beethoven all time), Listz, Brahms, Schubert, Schuman and many many others wrote great piano music. In the Romantic era there are far more great composers and less great work the than clical (it's so anti-logic).

I have had really bad sinusitis with lots of inflammed nerve pain which didn't go away on its own. I've been put on augmentin duo forte twice a day and the sinus nerve pain is much better but I have a sore mouth now. Should I quit my job?

My husband was diagnosed with cancer in Nov 2009. I went on FMLA the first three months, and when I returned to work in March 2010, I had horrible anxiety attacks and had to start taking pain meds and anxiety medicine. I had to miss a lot of work due to his illness, then in June I took another extended leave of absence and I'm still off. I am supposed to go back to work, per HR on Feb 1, which is tomorrow. For the past year I have had difficulty with sleeping for which I am finally on meds, cant sleep without them, prescrip pain medicine, and anxiety meds. I have crying fits, irritable and unable to handle lifes daily challenges. I do not feel that I can our could continue to work due the level of anxiety, etc that I'm going through. I have asked for so much time off due to my husbands illness I feel that I should just let the job go and resign....plus I have pressures from family members telling me I stupid to quit the job. Do i need a lawyer for a child custody case involving domestic abuse and drugs against dad?

we currently have shared custody, but as we spent less time together, he started hanging out with a bad crowd again (his family) all drug addicts and bad influences he didnt want us around when we were together. when dad found out i filed for full custody because he wouldnt stop smoking pot and get a job, he flipped out, threatened to kill my family, and was arrested on a domestic. hes fighting that saying they were false charges which just shows he doesnt want to see his child right now as he has a no contact order anyway. my prosecutor for the domestic told me the no contact order was on me and i could try and contact him as much as i want which i had been emailing him. through this i realized i want us to be together although i thought i was over him before. i even dropped off child support papers for him that came to this address not to cause trouble, but he still called the police on me to have something else against me. i wont be trying to contact him again, but this is a huge mess. he may bring an attorney to the custody hearing next friday and he might p a drug test by then. it will have been almost 40 days since hes probably stopped but hes always said hed only stop long enough to keep his son. and hes going to say im crazy so its like this. without an attorney that he may have, and although theres an active domestic case, can i petition the court for a hair follicle drug test and a psychological evaluation for the both of us? does he have a chance at keeping shared custody?

How to hook up my aux cable for ipod to my JVC KD-S33?

This cable plugs into the CD Changer aux outlet port on the back of my JVC car stereo KD-S33. I've got it hooked up to play and it works just fine there. However, there is also a black grounding wire and a red power wire with a built in fuse deal attached to the cable. I'm not sure how to properly ground it, and I don't know where the power source is to put the red wire (it's stripped on the end). This part is meant to be used so it will also charge while playing.

I started a low carb and very low fat diet a little over 4 weeks ago (31 days) and I have not lost a pound. I have increased the intensity of my cardiovascular training and followed my program to the "T". It is so frustrating. I do not consider what I am doing a diet, but a lifestyle change and nothing is happening to keep me motivated. A week after I started this regimen, I started taking Allli Diet Pills. My fat intake is so low, that I did not have any side effects from this drug at all. I gained like 20 lbs in the last year. I am 5'8 180 and I am 40 years old. This is the heaviest I have ever been. I thought I was doing everything right, but apparently something is wrong. By now, I thought at least a couple of pounds would have come off. I have also met with a nutritionist to help me get started, so I covered all of my bases. Needless to say, I have given up an gone back to my old ways today. What is wrong with me? Why is nothing working. My normal weight is 160-165. After I quit smoking a year and half ago the pounds just came on. My lifestyle is very healthy now. Any suggestions?

To be honest, if you are not truly happy in the current relationship you are in then I would break up with him. Girlfriend obsessed with Xbox?

Ok I have asked this question before but I thought I should give more detail because some answers were uming left out details. Ok so I am an 18 year old guy and I have been with my girlfriend (17) for almost 6 months (6 month coming up in a couple weeks). We really love each other and I really want to be with her but there's one big problem: Xbox. I will try to explain the situation with a non-biased view and present both sides of the argument best I can so you can accurately answer it. One of the main reasons we are together is because of all our similar interests and we are both kind, good-nature people. One of these similar interests is video games, which I was actually glad about at first, but not anymore. About 3 months after we started going out, she bought an Xbox for herself to play Halo: Reach. I also like this game but whenever she gets on Xbox Live she plays and talks with random guys she met online 90% of the time and me maybe 10% (probably less actually). I am on a lot especially since it is summer so I am almost always on when she is but she still chooses to invite and play with them. I am not trying to be clingy or anything and I understand that she doesn't only want to play with me, which is perfectly fine; it's just that she very rarely chooses to play with me after months of saying oh we will play every day before she got an Xbox. Another thing is we text ALL DAY and I mean like a couple hundred a day (every 5 min I get a text basically and I reply right away). Before she got Xbox, I was running on 300 texts between us every day (roughly) but as soon as she got an Xbox, it dropped down to 50 or 100 every day. I will send a text and instead of a 5 min wait for a reply, it went up to 15-20 min and the reply is usually one word, so if I said something it is lol or haha (sometimes even if it is a question which doesn't make sense). It seems like she just hits a few ons in between games and doesn't care what she says and doesn't think about it. Now I don't care if she doesn't give immediate responses, but these half-ed responses are a bit much. "How are you?" "Haha" I mean wtf, really? The worst part is that on top of all this, our "dates" mostly comprise of me watching her play Xbox at one of our houses. If I ask her what she wants to do, she always says lets go to your house and watch a movie together or something. Well we did maybe twice, but the other 5 times she came over to "watch a movie" she took the Xbox over instead and I sat there for 2 hours watching her play and she zoned out completely and wouldn't talk much. I have offered to take her to the beach or to a movie or stuff like that but she usually still says lets do something at your house. It just seems like no matter what she just wants as much Xbox time as she can get. Also, she chooses my house because she is limited to 3 hours at her house by her mom, so she wants more hours most likely at my house. One more thing, if her mom goes anywhere for several hours she hides the console and controllers which makes me glad, but then she looks for them and plays even then and sometimes this means all day (no seeing her all day then and you can forget about any decent text conversations). I want her to enjoy herself, but it is just too much lately. Am I being too critical of the situation? I mean I understand she likes to play, but it seems like she would rather play Reach than talk to me or be with me. What do you think? Also our 6 month is coming up and I think I will probably break up with her if she suggests going to my house and then hogs the Xbox instead of going somewhere since its our 6 month... I was diagnosed with depression around 6mths ago i take citalapram 20mg, diazepam 2mg. I also see a therapist every two weeks, but i still feel so low it's umbearable.This evening i've barely left the sofa and have done nothing but cry and have horrible morbid thoughts that i cant get out of my head. I'm 20 years of age and rarely leave the house as i cant bare around people. I only go out if i really have to and have ceased contact with my friends, i feel i'm at an all time low. I thought i was on medication to level me out and make me better but still i'm so down its like a physical pain. I've never tried to kill myself but i've been close to trying. Most likely you'll be in the room with your baby so when a toy is "used" and discarded grab the toy and put it in the bucket. When the play date is over ask if they would like you to wash the items. I bet they don't take the offer. Alot of toys can go in the dishwasher, in the tub w/bleach. Have fun and don't worry it's all good. Just enjoy the adult time.

Question for you guitar experts out there- LP and Strat?

I currently own a Mexican- made strat and an Epi Elitist Les Paul, and I was wondering if there was a guitar out there that had all the features I like about each guitar. Strat- I prefer the feel/shape of the neck to the LP a lot, plus the better upper fretboard access. For the LP- I love the tone from the mahogany/humbucker combination, and strings are a lot easier to bend with the jumbo frets and smaller scale (24 3/4" vs. 25.5"). I play a lot of rock and metal, which is why I use the LP more (strat single coils don't do it for me), yet the thick neck is really uncomfortable. Now if you've made it this far, here is my question- is there a guitar out there that is the best of both worlds? Mahogany body, humbuckers, short scale, and strat- style neck? My price range is $500-1000 USD, and I run it through a Traynor YCV50BLUE 50 watt amp. Any and all help is appreciated.

How can I get local law enforcement more involved (to care at all) about animal abuse and neglect?

I work with a restarting humane ociation in a county that hasn't had one in 17 years.. we badly need all the help we can get, as the Abuse/Neglect chairperson I have been getting more and more calls monthly concerning these cases, because the ociation is so new the local law enforcement has jurisdiction for animal cases, meaning we can't go in an get an animal in a dangerous situation, or give the owner notices/fines etc.. so basically I receive abuse cases and collect as much information as possible and take pictures if possible without tresping, and then p this information to the police/sheriff department depending on where the animals' location is.. My problem is that the majority of the deputies I've been dealing with just don't care.. for example I handed him a case of two horses in an abandoned lot, owner hasn't been their in a long time, neighbors claim the horses aren't theirs and therefore won't feed them, in the meantime these horses are starving, this was a week and a half ago... the deputy I spoke with went off for a week for training and I'm not sure if the department is just avoiding me because they feel it's not important but basically I keep calling and they keep telling me he's not available and they'll put a post it note on his door to call me. ..or I leave a voice mail and never get a call back...I don't even know if he's been out to look at the horses... and we told law enforcement we had someplace for the horses to go, we just need to legally obtain the horses. ... does anyone have any ideas for ways to get the law enforcement to care more about these animal cases? I've thought about writing an article in the paper, posters, etc.. but I need to do something. I'm also attempting to make an appointment to meet face to face for a few minutes and ask them what I can do to help them, and to stress that I just want a follow up phone call to let the ociation know what happened with these cases as well as to actually help the animals not let them die. I need a brainstorming session. There are some officers I've worked with that care, but some others... it's like they'd rather shoot the animal instead of help it.. or just let it die of a slow starvation

Chevrolet Colorado vs Nissan Hardbody?

Am looking into one of theses but I want some opinion first. What do u think about theses cars? I thought that if I had the Colorado I would try to get the 5 cyl version and a single cab (I love the sound and dont mind if it takes a little more gas and has a little less power than a 6 cyl.) How do I become more regular?

I only poop every 1-2 days. I eat alot of food, but I don't p the food until it's all been reduced to dry, very compact stools. I know the ideal stool is moist, and comes frequently. I literally eat 2 cups of cooked oatmeal every morning, I munch on the odd raw vegetable, and I eat ALOT (I mean like 2-3 pounds) of potatoes every day, as well as a lot of meat. I exercise alot, but I have been slowing down and I feel it is linked to how few bowel movements I have. I have tried Metamucil, but it literally just sat in my gut like anything else. I just felt like I had over eaten, and it took just as long or longer to use the washroom (I took the whole thing.) Someone told me that I needed to drink more water, so I have been drinking like 12 gles a day. Nothing is working and I think it is really starting to effect my energy levels. Please, any ideas will be helpful.

Photoshop CS4 gradient colour wont change from gray?

Okay well I am currently working on a background and have set up a template for it and it's all ready to edit but one problem, The colours don't work? it says "Layer1/Gray" and whenever I try to pull the gradient thing down it just does gradient in different shades of gray. I've been trying for hours to make it coloured but it just wont work! and Yes I have the gradient colour on!
