How to hook up my aux cable for ipod to my JVC KD-S33?

This cable plugs into the CD Changer aux outlet port on the back of my JVC car stereo KD-S33. I've got it hooked up to play and it works just fine there. However, there is also a black grounding wire and a red power wire with a built in fuse deal attached to the cable. I'm not sure how to properly ground it, and I don't know where the power source is to put the red wire (it's stripped on the end). This part is meant to be used so it will also charge while playing.
