Who says that the ACC is a better Women's basketball conference than the SEC?????

Somebody on here last week said Tennessee's womens team would finish 4th or 5th in the ACC. SEC had 2 teams in the Final Four this year (I'm not going off of last year, I'm worried about the present). 2 of the TOP3 ACC teams this year were put out by SEC teams (Ole Miss beat Maryland and Tennessee over UNC). When you throw in LSU, Vandy, and Georgia the SEC seems a little tougher to me. Opinions and statements to back those opinions up?
