Bart from Oakland to Hayward?

Im planning to attend Chabot College which is located in Hayward. I'm living in Oakland, so my plan is to take the bart. but the problem is which bart do i take that lead to Hayward. From that point which buses lead to Chabot College.. Sorry if this is asking for too long. I've barely ride buses in my life only in Oakland
