Hey whats up with this stupid court order?

So I'm watching the news this morning and they start to talk about this woman not being able to throw a Christmas party in a courthouse because it's a "public" area. Then they say that the people who want to throw a Kwanza (hope I spelled that right) have the O.K. WTF?! No Christmas, but Kwanza is ok? This moron judge decided that because Christmas has something to do with religion, it "wouldn't be appropriate" for a party to be held in a courthouse, but apparently Kwanza ISN'T religious, so they can have their party.Is this judge just stupid or am I being an idoit? (P.S.) Sorry for turning this into a rant.
