Currently Which is the LEAGUE with the most promising Youngsters?

LMAO@Serie A..... Serie A is probably the last one, La Liga, Ligue 1 and EPL have more young talent than Serie A by FAR.... I think Brazilian league like always, we get at least one top cl player from Brazilian league every year.
