Speeding ticket Humbolt County CA. I can't pay What do i do?

Sorry, but you were speeding. Note that the CA DMV handbook doesn't say to speed up to change lanes....it says to change lanes when safe, and let them p, or pull over. Yes, you did change lanes, but you sped up to do that, and that's when you got caught. I don't think you have an option. I think you'll have to pay the ticket and, depending on your age, you might lose your license. Good luck in court!
