Whats a good bank in upstate new york?

I am moving to binghamton/ johnson city area in new york state. Just wanted to know whats a good bank up there, I have bank of america right now its ok not great, but there's none up there. I primarily just use a checking account with a debit card to buy things online, and also like online banking. Any suggestions would be useful, I do not like having fees and do not like a big minimum balance.
