Am I not going to graduate high school?

I failed physics one quarter and might fail it this quarter but I'm studying hard and doing my best even though my teacher is INSANE. I failed precalc two quarters and think I can p 4th since I did extra credit and am doing all my homeworks. Ap comp, I'm failing but I think I can get my grade up by June 10. But I know I'm going to do poorly on my finals and my physics regents which is what I know will bring my grades down. I ped all my regents except for chemisty so I don't understand why my school sent home a note saying I'm in jeopardy of not graduating. Help! I don't want Oswego to pull my acceptance either :(
