What is the best way to calculate pregancy? last period 12 june 2008 ?

Hi one of my doctors says I'm 10 weeks and the other 12, I have had all tests done all positive and ok for now but I am a little confused-my last period was 12 june 2008 and I generally always have a regular as clockwork 28 day cycle.Thanks
