Should i stay with my long distance girlfriend?

me(14) and my gf(13) met online she lives about 10 miles away but we've never met as both our mum's think we're to young to date so we kept it secret. We used to talk all day and see each other on webcam but lately she hasn't been on so we haven't spoke for about a week. She is my first gf and even though we neva met i reely love her but i feel guilty on her because she could be with lads that can cuddle and hold her wich is all i ever dream about. So would it be best for her if i ended it ?
