I'm going to Finland. What do i need to know before i go?

You will be fine. Finland is beautiful and very safe. Many Finnish people speak excellent English, but communicate as much as possible in Finnish first, they will appreciate your effort. There are some anti-american sentiments in Finland, but most people will separate an individual from his government. You will be in no more danger there than you would in the US. Probably less so. Have fun and be sure to visit Oulu and Lapland.
