What do you do at a playdate when..?

If the host has a child the same age they know that that's the way it will be. As soon as you get there ask for a bucket to put the babies "used" toys into, explain that your child will be putting things in there mouth and you would like to help keep there family save from germs. Most likely you'll be in the room with your baby so when a toy is "used" and discarded grab the toy and put it in the bucket. When the play date is over ask if they would like you to wash the items. I bet they don't take the offer. Alot of toys can go in the dishwasher, in the tub w/bleach. Have fun and don't worry it's all good. Just enjoy the adult time.
