Will I get accepted into MIT?

I had a 4.0 gpa in high school. I'm an eagle scout, in the Demolay fraternity, highly fit (but have always hated sports). 2350 on SAT and 35 on ACT. Plus I have a chess rating of 2000 on the FIDE rating system. how likely am I to get accepted?
