How can i improve my bench press?

after youve trained a routine for a few weeks (6 maybe) change something up to shock your body and mind. you could start your work outs with incline for a bit, or go to less reps and a higher max, or more reps and lower max. the body responds well to this kind of change, but keep it slight. also get a spotter and do some heavy lifting that you can't really do. its good for the body and mind to 'fake' it sometimes. You'll notice that everyone says don't cheat but then you see pros cheating all the time, its okay sometimes as long as you keep it in context
