Why do i get picked on?

Well ive been picked on my whole life and i dont understand why. im a good person and all my friends really like me. so how come a few people severly hate me even though i did nothing to them? im a little over weight but i dont see why that would drive them to make fun of me and stuff. they have never even tryed to talk to me.
