My brakes and rotors are making noise after a new brake job?

I own an Infiniti G35 coupe and I just replaced the front brake pads (ceramic) and got my rotors machined. Now my brakes make this air noise when I am braking. It sounds like a jet landing. I drove about 600 miles on them already with the recent trip I made thinking that after the long drive it may go away. Could this be due to getting the rotors turned? Has anyone ever heard of this! Please Help
