Is this a good hunger games cast?

I dont actually know the books but just wanted to correct the notion that Adam Lambert is not an actor, actually he is, he has done musical theatre for 18 years and has acted all sorts of roles, he did the play the 10 commandments with val kilmer, it was totally panned with the critic noting the only bright spot in the whole show (a musical) was Adam Lambert so he does not have to dress crazy. but dont' know anything else about the look age and characteristics of the character to say whether it would be a fit, he did read the books and love them and loved the cinna character
