Has this happened to anyone after vasectomy?

My husband had a vasectomy about 2 weeks ago. Since then he has been having trouble sleeping and keeps asking me if I want another child. I know that according to the doctor he is still fertile for "up to" the next 20 ejaculations. Are these feelings he is having normal after this procedure??? or is it possible he really wants another one.
